Girl Scout Day Camp
Submitted photo
New Ulm Area Girl Scouts, kindergarten through 6th grade, put their investigation skills to use at Day Camp. This years theme was GSI: Girl Scouts Investigate. Campers learned about fingerprints and senses, native Minnesota animals and their furs, secret codes, and finished each day cooking their supper using box and dutch ovens. They also put their attitude and flexibility skills to the test as they managed the last day in the pouring rain with little shelter.
