To the editor: After the last national election, I felt we were all losers. It was a relief to be free of dirty partisan ads, but I was still left with the feeling that dirty politics came out on top....

Elected officials compromise- dream on.They only care about themselves why we keep voting for them is beyond me.

"Compromise"? Coincidence that Gov Dayton waited until his party had complete control of all houses before unveiling an entire overall of the tax structure in MN??? There is nothing about this that is compromise. It's more we have the votes, let's get our agenda's passed. Compromise-now the DFL doesn't have to.

Yes, Sharon, I've long known about Dick's reputation for being tight. Most of us down at Searles have to carry him out to his car just about every night.
