Can someone explain to me why we need to assist low income people to buy a new home when there are plenty of nice "used" homes for sale in New Ulm? I understand wanting to attract families to New Ulm, but why does it have to be in new housing? What am I missing here? It might be a great idea, but I am not seeing it.
