The city just keeps changing the wrapping paper on these lots. At some point, they will realize they need to change more than that.

Who can afford these lots when the special assessment is $26,000 and some of the lots are only $7,000. Looks like the city will be stuck with these lots. The city should build a poor house on the lots for people to live once the new taxes the state wants to charge us take effect.
