I know costs to everything go up day after day, but when I drive up the hill in New Ulm and see the inpatient people sitting outside crouched behind the green electrical boxes on the far end of the parking area for the hospital smoking when most of them have a patch on that us tax payers paid for to help them quit smoking, really burns my hide. The progam up there is a joke and is funded by us the people. While nurses and others see and watch and allow. Believe me when I tell you these are facts I can back up! What a joke!
