Runnings current building is 51,259 square feet in size. The small engine shop is 4,748 square feet. The garden center is 3,000 square feet.

As for the old K-Mart building, the main building is 86,640 square feet. The second building is 10,450 square feet. The third building is 2,520 square feet. Runnings purchased all three for $813,825. Not a bad deal, considering that the building sold for over $3.5 million in 1999, and is appraised at just short of $2.5 million.

Good Luck with that. Bigger is not always better. Runnings has a prime location on Broadway....now you want to sit out on 29?

What percentage larger would you say the old K-Mart building is over the current Runnings building?

Proofread this article. Happy for Runnings and for the building to be used again.
