Bergeman and Grausam promoted at Citizens Bank Minnesota

NEW?ULM - Citizens Bank of Minnesota recently announced promotions with the opening of its new department, The Citizens Connection Center.

Melissa Bergeman was promoted to Citizens Connection manager. Bergeman joined the bank in January 2010 at the La Salle Branch. Her previous experience includes Eide Bailly, LLEU as a Pension Associate. She received her B.S. degree in speech communications from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She lives in La Salle with her daughter Faith.

Nancy Grausam was promoted as the Citizens Connection assistant manager. Grausam joined the bank in 1993 in the bookkeeping department and was promoted to assistant manager in 1999.

She lives in New Ulm with her husband Jack, and has two adult children Dustin and Amber.

The Citizens Connection Center's goal is to provide extraordinary client experiences via the telephone and offer immediate solutions at the first point of telephone contact when possible.
