NEW?ULM - Thomas F. Ulrich of NU-Telecom, was recently promoted to IT Analyst I at the company's New Ulm location. Ulrich was previously a TechTeam member, working from the company's TechTrends retail store. He has worked with the company for four years. Ulrich has completed his CompTIA Securities and Network certification in addition to being a CompTIA A+ Certified Professional. He has also completed training in Compaq and HP Equipment Management and Support and with the IBM PC Institute.
Ulrich will work with a team of trained staff providing NU-Telecom's line of Managed Services including Hosted Microsoft Exchange, On-Line File Back Up, On-Line File Storage and SharePoint.
