NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the petition heretofore filed with the Finance Director/City Clerk- Treasurer for the following improvement.

grading, aggregate base, storm sewer, bituminous surfacing, seven inch (7") concrete alley approach pavement, miscellaneous removals and restoration necessary to construct a residential pavement section on the north/south leg of the T-Alley in Witt's Addition from Sunset Avenue to Elmwood Avenue

will be examined, heard and considered by the City Council at a meeting to be held at the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 North Broadway, in said City on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at 5:00 p.m., and at such meeting the Council will first examine and consider such petition, and thereupon, whether such improvement shall be made or not. All persons or parties interested therein will be heard.
