presented. Motion

approve the bills paid
as listed by the No-
vember wire payments
and December check
registers and wire pay-
ments. Motion car-
ried.
Director Toninato up-
dated the Board on
River bend programs
and services.
Motion by Firchau,
second by Karl to ap-
prove the employment
of Tara Marks, ALC
Paraprofessional. Mo-
tion carried.
Motion by Karl, second
by Weikle to adopt the
following policies in ac-
cordance with the
MSBA Mandatory Poli-
cy List: Policy #515;
#516; #521; #522. Mo-
tion carried.
The meeting was ad-
journed at 7:15 p.m.
