Bank Midwest names Shane Deal to community bank president for New Ulm Location

NEW?ULM - Bank Midwest announces that Shane Deal has accepted the position of community bank president for the New Ulm location.

Deal is a native of Owatonna, and a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, with a bachelor's degree in finance and economics. He has also earned a graduate degree in banking from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Deal comes to Bank Midwest with 18 years of community banking experience. He has served as ag and commercial lender and held positions in management and administration.

Deal and wife Allison, a probation officer in Willmar, have three children, Lexie, Carson, and Arin.

In addition to Spirit Lake, Bank Midwest's Iowa locations include Armstrong, Okoboji and Wall Lake.
