NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, Jeff Tredo on behalf of Martin Luther College, has filed an application for a variance from the City Code to allow a lower allocation of required parking stalls for a Senior Housing Development and a variance from the minimum lot area requirements in an R-3 Multiple Family Residence District on the Property legally described as Outlot 233 and 453, City of New Ulm (Street Address: 405 North Highland Avenue); and
WHEREAS, the City Code requires that this matter be considered by the New Ulm Board of Zoning Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the City Code, the New Ulm Board of Zoning Adjustment will meet on Thursday, February 23, 2012, at 4:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm Minnesota to consider this matter. The public and all interested parties are hereby officially notified of said Public Hearing.
