NEW ULM - James W. Hoffmann, LUTCF, was named a "Blue Partner" in January by Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Minnesota. The company has put Hoffman's office into agency status for his sales and service over the past 12 years.
Hoffmann attributes this achievement to the loyalty and faith his customers have shown in Blue Cross and Blue Shield products.
