dated the Board on
River Bend Programs
and services.
Motion by Weikle,

approve Susan Hoff-
man to attend a
conference in South
Dakota. Motion car-
ried.
Motion by Thomas,
second by Weikle to
approve Ann Thomp-
son to attend a confer-
ence in Iowa. Motion
carried.
Motion by Weikle,

acknowledge the fol-
lowing donations:
SmartBoard donated
by HyVee; iPad donat-
ed by HyVee (to be
donated to an ALC
student). Motion car-
ried.

approve fundraisers for

adopt the presented
policies in accordance
with the MSBA Manda-
