Notice is hereby
given that on the 1st
day of May, 2012,
at 9:30 am, the
Brown County
Board of Commis-
sioners will hold a
public hearing at the
Brown County
Courthouse, in the
City of New Ulm, for
the purpose of con-
sidering preliminary
plans, and adopting
a final plan, for the
redistricting of
Brown County
Commissioner Dis-
tricts. A copy of the
preliminary plans
with all attachments
and supporting do-
cumentation shall
be available for
public inspection in
the office of the
County
Auditor/Treasurer
during regular office
hours of 8:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m., Mon-
day through Friday.
Any citizen intending
to submit a plan for
consideration in the
redistricting of
Brown County
Commissioner Dis-
tricts must do so no
later than April 27,
2012 at 5:00 pm.
