NEW ULM - Thomas R. Furth of Furth-Meile Insurance in New Ulm has attained the designation of CIC - Certified Insurance Counselor.
By earning and maintaining the CIC designation, Furth has demonstrated professional competence through a series of written examinations focusing on all major fields of insurance, agency operations and insurance management.
Furth, a 1987 graduate of New Ulm Cathedral and 1991 graduate of St. John's University - Collegeville, worked in underwriting and claims for The St. Paul Companies until 2000, when he moved back to New Ulm and joined the family insurance business. He is the agency manager at Furth-Meile Insurance.
He resides in New Ulm with his wife, Amy and children, Abby, Eric and Kaitlyn.
