NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, Randy Zieske has filed an application for variances including lot area, lot depth and frontage on a public street to allow a structure to remain located on the property; and
WHEREAS, this property is legally described as Lot 6, block 14 South of Center, and this property has a street address of 1420 South Front Street; and
WHEREAS, the City Code requires these matters to be considered by the Board of Zoning Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the City Code, the Board of Zoning Adjustment will meet on Thursday, May 31, 2012, at 4 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, Minnesota, to consider this matter. The public and all interested parties are hereby notified of said Public Hearing.
