WHEREAS, the River-
side Park Building has
been nominated for
designation as a Heri-
tage Preservation
Landmark; and
WHEREAS, this pro-
perty is legally
described as Riverside
Park, and this property
has a street address
of 101 South Front
Street; and
WHEREAS, the City
Code requires the New
Ulm Heritage Preser-
vation Commission to
conduct a Public Hear-
ing on this nomination.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED,
pursuant to the City
Code, the New Ulm
Heritage Preservation
Commission will meet
at 5:15 p.m. Monday,
June 18, 2012, in the
City Hall Council
Chambers, 100 North
Broadway, New Ulm,
Minnesota, to consider
this matter. The public
and all interested par-
ties are hereby notified
of said Public Hearing.
