and read aloud.

A pre-bid meeting will

be held Tuesday, June

26, 2012 at 1:00 p.m.

starting at the District

Administrative Center,

15 N. State Street,

New Ulm, Minnesota

56073.

Project Scope: In gen-

eral, to provide the

necessary details and

specifications for the

installation, labor, and

materials for a wire-

less network and net-

work switching to 2

elementary schools,

annex, and high school

of the New Ulm

School District. This

specification shall in-

clude , but is not limit-

ed to, all standards

and methods regarding

the installation of wire-

less network and net-

work switching equip-

ment that shall be

used and applied dur-

ing the entire project.

The bidder shall sub-

mit the Proposal on

the forms provided.

The Proposal shall be

filled in clearly and

completely with ink or

typewriter. The Pro-

posal shall be signed

in ink by the individual,

member of the partner-

ship, or by one or

more officers of the

corporation making the

Proposal.

All bids shall be sealed

in an opaque envelope

upon which shall be

plainly marked "BID

ON ISD #88 Technolo-

gy Infrastructure Up-

grades - Wireless Net-

work & Network

Switching" and the

name of the bidder. If

a bid is to be mailed,

the bid envelope shall

be sealed in a regular

mailing envelope. FAX

and E-mail Bids will

not be accepted. The

District reserves the

right to hold and con-

sider the bids for 30

days after the date of

the bid opening. Bids

shall be accompanied

by the cashiers check,

bidder's bond, or certi-

fied check payable to

ISD #88 for not less

than five percent (5%)

of the amount of such

bid including

add-alternates. A

bidder's bond shall in-

clude a certified copy

of the power of attor-

ney.

The right to waive any

informality in any bid

and reject any or all

bids is reserved by the

District. Dated the 5th
