plication for a variance
from the City Code to
allow a lot to have a

acres in an R-A (Agri-
cultural Residence)
zoning district on the
property currently
described as Lot 1,
block 1, Kamm's Sub-
division and Part of the
NE1/4 of the NW1/4,
Section 31, Township
110, Range 30 to be
platted as Kamm's
Second subdivision.

WHEREAS, the City
Code requires that this
matter be considered
by the New Ulm Board
of Zoning Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE,

the City Hall Council

Minnesota to consider
this matter. The public
