Councilor Schultz of-
fered the following
resolution and moved
its adoption:
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED,
that the City Council
of the City of New
Ulm, Brown County,
Minnesota does here-
by amend the City of
New Ulm Fee
Schedule for City Ordi-
nance Section 8.29 to
include an annual fee
in the amount of
$100.00 for the keep-
ing of animals within
the City of New Ulm.
The motion for the
adoption of the forego-
ing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilor
Webster and, the roll
being called, the fol-
lowing vote was
recorded:
Voting Aye: Councilors
RockVam, Schultz,
Webster and President
Schmitz.
Voting Nay: None.
Not Voting: Councilor
Fischer (absent)
Whereupon said reso-
lution was declared to
have been duly adopt-
ed this 7th day of Au-
