Notice is hereby given
that the Brown County
Panning Commission,
in and for the County
of Brown, will conduct
a public hearing as fol-
lows:
9:00 AM: To consider
changes to the Brown
County Subdivision
Regulations as at-
tached. These
changes include the
definition to agricultural
use and to incorporate
current Minnesota
State Statute 505
Plats; Coordinates;
Surveys.
Notice is further given
that the above hearing
will be held by the
Brown County Plan-
ning Commission on
Tuesday, September
11th, 2012 beginning
at 9:00 am in the
Commissioners Room
204 of the Brown
County Courthouse,
New Ulm, Minnesota
at which time you may
appear if you so
desire, either in person
or by agent or attor-
ney, in opposition to or
support of the pro-
posed Plat or Condi-
tional Use Permits.
A copy of the pro-
posed language is on
file in the Brown Coun-
ty Planning & Zoning
Office, Brown County
Courthouse, 14 South
State Street, New
Ulm, Minnesota, and
may be viewed during
regular business hours
or on the Brown Coun-
ty website. If you have
any concerns over the
proposed language,
then please submit
your input either in per-
son or in writing to the
Planning Commission.

permitting and to incor-
porate MN Rule 7020
(Feedlot Rule) into the
ordinance.
Section 727 - Sign Re-
gulations
Section 735 - Wind En-
ergy Conservation
Systems to incor-
porate the change of
MN Statute 216F in
2011.
Section 736 - Com-
munication Towers.
Notice is further given
