FAIRFAX - Bernice "Bea" Schweiss, 79, of Fairfax died on Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012, at her home.
Mass of Christian burial will be Monday, Nov. 5, 10:30 a.m. at St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Fairfax, with burial in the church cemetery. Arrangements are with the Hauser-Hantge Chapel in Fairfax.
Visitation will be Sunday, Nov. 4, 4-8 p.m., at St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Fairfax. There will be a prayer service Sunday at 4 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at the church.
Bernice "Bea" (Domeier) Schweiss was born on Dec. 27, 1932, in Wellington Township, Renville County, to George J. and Frances (Jandl).
She is survived by her children, Louise Anderson of rural Franklin, Dick Schweiss of Hutchinson, Tom Schweiss of Welcome, Becky Hess of Alexandria, Chuck Schweiss of Delafield, Wis., Ruth Swenson of Nicollet, Jody Busch of Fairfax and Peggy Baldy of Spring Grove, Ill.; 19 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Dorothy Caven of Morton, Betty Sadler of Mpls, Jeanne Brindley, Ruth Faunce of Maplegrove, Ted Domeier of Fairfax, John Domeier of Bird Island.
