Donna Gramentz, age 77, of Springfield, died Wednesday, November 28, 2012, at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester.
Funeral services will be Monday, December 3, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Springfield with burial in the church cemetery
Visitation is Sunday, December 2, from 2-5 p.m. at Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield and will continue for one hour prior to services at the church on Monday.

Donna Mae Dorothy Gramentz was born September 1, 1935 to Henry and Mabel (Hoffman) Bloemke in Leavenworth Township in Brown County. On September 24, 1952 Donna married Gene Gramentz at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Springfield. The couple farmed for 11 years in numerous locations prior to moving back to Springfield. Donna was a stay at home mom to her five boys until they were all in school where she then started to cook at the Springfield Public School for many years. She also helped in various areas at Tauer's grocery store for a few years. Donna enjoyed camping, campfires, fishing, short trips and coffee at Fritz's. She especially enjoyed time with her grandchildren as they grew up and then her great-grandchildren. Donna was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, American Legion Auxiliary and Garden Club.
Donna is survived by her husband Gene of Springfield; sons, Alan (Judy) of New Ulm, Brian (Lorie) of New Ulm, Kevin (Lisa) of Montrose, Tim (Julie) of Springfield, Troy of Springfield; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers and 1 sister.
She is preceded in death by her parents and 1 brother.
