been filed with the
Court. The Verified
Petition requests an
Order for the following
relief:

beneficiaries of the El-
frieda B. Thom Living
Trust dated November
25, 1996 a/k/a Elfrieda
B. Thom Trust, as
amended (the "Trust"),
and the fractional in-
terest of each such
beneficiary, are those
individuals and frac-
tional shares identified
on the Chart attached
hereto as Exhibit A.
B. Allowing and ap-
proving the Trustee's
Account attached
hereto as Exhibit B
which includes all of
the Trustees Fees and
Expenses; and
C. For other such re-
lief as the Court
deems appropriate.
Any objection to the
Petition must be filed
with the Court prior to
or at the hearing. If no
objections are filed,
the Petition may be
