A City of New Ulm employee plows snow in an alley between First North and Center and Broadway and Minnesota Street on Sunday afternoon.
The city received 4.7 inches of snow; however, amounts as much as 12 inches were recorded elsewhere in the region and in exteme western
Minnesota.
