NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN, that the peti-
tion heretofore filed
with the Finance
Director for the follow-
ing improvement:
grading, aggregate
base, bituminous sur-
facing, seven inch (7")
concrete alley ap-
proach pavement, mis-
cellaneous removals
and restoration neces-
sary to construct a
commercial pavement
section on the Alley in
Block 88 North of
Center Street
will be examined,
heard and considered
by the City Council at
a meeting to be held at
the City Hall Council
Chambers, 100 North
Broadway, in said City
on Tuesday, De-
cember 18, 2012 at
5:00 p.m., and at such
meeting the Council
will first examine and
consider such petition,
and thereupon, wheth-
er such improvement
shall be made or not.
All persons or parties
interested therein will
be heard.
