questing a Conditional

gallon elevated water
tower in Nehl's Park

City Hall Council
Chambers, 100 North
Broadway, New Ulm,
Minnesota to consider
these matters. The
public and all interest-
ed parties are hereby
notified of said hear-
ing.

representative of the
Estate of the Decen-
dent. Any heir, devisee

appointment as per-

Unless objections are

Stat. 524.3-607) and
the Court otherwise
orders, the personal
representative has full
power to administer

after 30 days from the
date of issuance of
letters, the power to
sell, encumber, lease

Any objections to the

hearing.

creditors having claims
