To the editor:
Recently I was told by an adult that being pointed at and laughed at is not being bullied. It is merely disrespectful. If that is disrespectful and not bullying, then what is bullying?
I think bullying is when someone is singled out and made fun of. I think ever since everyone stared pointing out that bullying needs to stop and when Character Counts put posters up about it, it has gotten worse. Believe me, I go there.
So understand this, if we don't really know what a bully is, how are we supposed to standup to it?
