prove the agenda as

amended. Motion car-

approve the sale of the

previous River Bend

Education District pro-

perty, located at 210

20th South Street,

New Ulm, MN for the

purchase price of

$285,000.00 with an

$8,000.00 allowance

for roof repairs. Motion

carried.

Motion by Remus,

second by Gramentz

to authorize the use of

federal funds for pur-

chase of the Vizzle in-

structional program to

be utilized by the

member districts fol-

lowing feedback and

district support upon

completion of the trial

period. The price prior

to December 21, 2012

would be approximate-

ly $24,596.00 over the

course of three years

for 90 students and 15

case managers, or ap-

proximately

$38,837.00 over the

course of three years

for 144 students and

24 case managers.

Motion carried.
