The 'Russian Spectacular' dance and music group Barynya perform for students at St. Paul's Lutheran Wednesday in the school gym. The event was part of Lutheran Schools Week, and it happened to coincide with 'Dress as Your Favorite Animal Day.'

The performance includes audience participation. Students learned the most important Russian words ("spasibo" - thank you, "pozhaluista" - you're welcome, "privet" hello, "poka" - good bye) They counted to 10 in Russian and saw examples of the Cyrillic alphabet.
