OLIVIA - Police on Friday identified the Thursday, Feb. 7, Westcourt Apartments fire victim as Billy E. Camper, 64, of Olivia.
The manner and cause of death are pending receipt of final laboratory results from Midwest Medical Examiners of Anoka, according to a news release. More information will be released as it becomes available.
