NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
WHEREAS, the City of New Ulm Planning Commission has initiated proceedings to consider the amendment of the City's fence regulations; and
WHEREAS, Timothy Arnoldt and Teri Arnoldt; and Michael Scheibel and Patrice Scheibel, as Trustees of the Trust Agreement of Michael and Patrice Scheibel, have filed a petition with the City of New Ulm to rezone from R-1 (Single Family Residence District) to R-2 (Single and Two Family Residence District) the properties legally described as Lot 2, Block 4, Lakeside Village Addition (Street Address: 18 Village Lane) and Lot 3, Block 1, Dietz First Addition (Street Address: 505 North Highland Avenue); and
WHEREAS, Antonio Ruiz has filed an application with the City of New Ulm to allow the repair, customizing and sale of firearms as a home occupation on the property legally described as Lot 13, Block 159 North of Center Street (Street Address: 1704 North Jefferson Street); and
WHEREAS, the City Code requires that these matters be considered by the New Ulm Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the City Code, the New Ulm Planning Commission will meet at 4:30 P.M. on Thursday, March 28, 2013 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, Minnesota to consider these matters. The public and all interested parties are hereby notified of said hearings.
