Notice is hereby given

that the Brown County

Planning Commission,

in and for the County

of Brown, will hold a

SPECIAL MEETING

OF THE PLANNING

COMMISSION to con-

duct certain public

hearing as follows:

1. 3:00 PM: To consid-

er a Conditional Use

Permit Application by

Curtis & Chad

Thram on property

described as N2 of

NW4 excepting the

NW4 of NW4 of NW4,

Sec 18 Twp 108N

R 35W, Stately Town-

ship, Brown County for

the purpose of allow-

ing construction of a

new 110' X 476'

monoslope barn to

house manure

storage bays and to

house up to a max-

imum of 990 AU (990

head) Slaughter

Steers & Heifers in

the A-1 Agricultural

Protection Zoning Dis-

trict.

Notice is further given

that the above hear-

ings will be held by the

Brown County Plan-

ning Commission on

Tuesday, April 30,

2013 beginning at 3:00

PM in the Commis-

sioners Room 204 of

the Brown County

Courthouse, New Ulm,

Minnesota at which

time you may appear if

you so desire, either in

person or by agent or

attorney, in opposition

to or support of the

proposed Plat or Con-

ditional Use Permits.

Hearings of these ap-

peals are not limited to

those receiving copies

of this Notice, and if

you know of any

neighbor or affected

property owner who,

for any reason, has

not received a copy, it

would be appreciated if

you would inform them

of this public hearing.

A copy of each pro-

posed request is on

file in the Brown Coun-

ty Planning & Zoning

Office, Brown County

Courthouse, 14 South

State Street, New

Ulm, Minnesota, and

may be viewed during

regular business

hours. If you have

any concerns over the

proposed use of the

property, then please

submit your input ei-

ther in person or in

writing to the Planning

Commission.
