that Martens Family

Farm, has made appli-

cation to the Minneso-

ta Pollution Control

Agency or the County

of Nicollet for a permit

to construct or expand

a feedlot with capacity

of 500 animal units or

more.

The existing and/or

proposed feedlot will

be located in the Nicol-

let County - Courtland

Township - Section 23

- SW 1/4, Minnesota.

The existing facility

consists of 1920

swine, 576 animal un-

its, in total confine-

ment with under slat

manure storage. The

proposed facility con-

sists of 2052 swine,

661 animal units, in to-

tal confinement with

under slat manure

storage. The total an-

imal unit capacity will

be 1192 total animal

units.

This publication shall
