Marilyn May (Sievert) Brown

Marilyn spent most of her life in and around New Ulm, but made Stillwater her home for the past 37 years. She was a devoted member of her church, spoke New Ulm German, and had a snow-village collection beyond compare. Caring for others was her life's work. She was fearless in her travel so long as it meant spending time with the family she so cherished.

A memorial service will be held at First United Methodist Church in Stillwater on Friday, Oct. 18 at 11 a.m. Visitation will be held one hour prior. Interment will take place at the Old Cemetery in New Ulm on Saturday, Oct.r 19 at 11 a.m.; friends are welcome to attend.

Memorials in Marilyn's honor are preferred to the First United Methodist Church in Stillwater or to The Gathering Hospice in gratitude and support of their extraordinarily compassionate care.
