order at 7:00 p.m.

Motion by Karl, second

the agenda as present-

ed. Motion carried.

Motion by Ringhofer,

prove the September

24, 2013 minutes as

presented. Motion car-

ried.

Motion by Remus,

second by Firchau to

approve the bills paid

as listed by the Oc-

tober 2013 check re-

gisters and September

30, 2013 and October

2013 wire payments.

Motion carried.

Director Toninato pro-

vided information on

River Bend programs

and services.

Member Kunz intro-

duced the following

Resolution and moved

its adoption:

RESOLUTION AP-

PROVING AN

AMENDMENT TO

THE THERAPEUTIC

EBD PROGRAM

JOINT POWERS

AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, the Board

of Directors has re-

viewed the attached

Amendment to the

Therapeutic EBD Pro-

gram Joint Powers

Agreement ("Agree-

ment"), previously ap-

proved upon by the

Joint Powers Board;

and

WHEREAS, the Board

of Directors approves

of the Amendment to

the Agreement in its

entirety

NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED by

the Board of Directors

of the River Bend Edu-

cation District as fol-

lows:

1. The attached

Amendment to the

Agreement is hereby

approved.

2. The Board Chair

is authorized to sign

the attached Amend-

ment on behalf of the

Board of Directors.

3. The Director is

authorized and direct-

ed to provide a copy of

the signed Amendment

to the appropriate

representatives of Sib-

ley, Watonwan, and

Brown Counties.
