Citizens Bank Minnesota announces promotions

Citizens Bank Minnesota announces the following promotions:

Sara Bode, Assistant Vice

President, Human Resources

Sara Bode joined Citizens Bank in July 2010 as its Human Resources Director. She is a graduate of Minnesota State University in Mankato with a B.S. Degree in Management and a concentration in Human Resources. Bode has obtained her PHR certification and supervises all human resources matters for the bank's 90 employees.

Lynn Fink, Assistant Vice

President, Consumer Compliance

Lynn Fink joined Citizens Bank in November 2003 as a loan assistant and became the Bank's Compliance Officer in 2010. She is a graduate of Minnesota State University in Mankato with a B.S. degree in Finance and Business Administration. Fink is a Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer and is responsible for monitoring and supervising all consumer compliance matters at the Bank's four offices.

Nick Hage, Assistant Vice President, Citizens Agency

Nick Hage joined Citizens Bank in July, 2008 as an Insurance Agent. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Duluth with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration. Hage has served as the manager of Citizens Agency since January of 2013 and supervises the Agency's five agents in New Ulm and LaSalle as well as contracted agents in Phoenix, AZ and Garvin, MN.

Stacy Merkel, Assistant

Vice President, Auditor

Stacy Merkel joined Citizens Bank in January 2003 as a Systems Operator/Bookkeeper and became the Bank's Auditor in 2006. She is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a degree in Elementary Education. Merkel is a Certified Community Bank Internal Auditor and supervises the audit program for the Bank's four offices.

Doug Walker, Assistant Vice

President, Information Technology

Doug Walker joined Citizens Bank in March 2013 as the Bank's IT Manager. He is a graduate of the Colorado Technical University with a B.S. Degree in Information Technology. Walker supervises all information technology matters for the Bank's four offices.
