Ahlbrecht bowls for D's Pit Stop. Prior to Sunday, his career high was 277 and his previous high this past year was 268.
He said he knew he was doing well and he the reality of a perfect game set in at about the eighth or ninth frame.
"I knew what was going on and my teammates just kind of sat back there and were quiet, which is nice" he said.
It's believed to be the first perfect game at Tom's Bowling Center in at least two years.
Ahlbrecht's perfect game came in the second game of his series. The 300 was nice but he wasn't close to duplicating the feat in his next game. He finished with a 172 in his final game.
"Once I got to 300, the pressure was off and I just relaxed and had a good time after that."
