• Brooklynn C. Schuelke, 23, New Ulm, appeared for a hearing for felony 5th-degree controlled substance possession. She requested an omnibus hearing that was set for 9:45 a.m., June 17, 2021. She was released on previous conditions including not using or possessing alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances.
• Jennifer L. Storm, 52, Green Isle, pled guilty to 3rd-degree burglary. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered. A sentencing hearing was set for 1 p.m., June 10. She was released on the same conditions previously ordered.
• Dallas J. Thompson, 23, Gaylord appeared for a felony domestic assault charge. He was released on his own recognizance but ordered to have no direct or indirect contact with the alleged victim. A hearing was set for 9:45 a.m., April 29.
• Alejandro Contreras, 43, Winthrop, admitted to violating probation terms for an underlying offense of gross misdemeanor domestic assault. His probation was reinstated with the same terms and conditions previously ordered, with an additional requirement that he serve 45 days in the Sibley County Jail.
• Todd M. Vonarx, 54, Gaylord, pled guilty to driving after cancellation inimical to public safety. Adjudication was stayed. He was placed on one year unsupervised probation with conditions of having no same or similar offenses and paying $385 within 90 days.
