• Maria Padilla, 51, Gaylord, pleaded guilty Nov. 21 to an amended charge of felony theft. A pre-sentence investigation and 1 p.m. Jan. 30 sentencing hearing were ordered. She was released on previously ordered conditions.
• The court found probable cause to require Michael Roy Brown, 47, Gibbon, to stand trial on charges alleging second-degree assault and making threats of violence Nov. 21. A settlement conference was set for 1 p.m. Jan. 23. A jury trial was set for 8:30 a.m. Jan. 26. He was released on previously ordered conditions.
