Sibley County Court

• Michael Ray Rannow, 57, Hector, pleaded guilty to 3rd-degree DWI Jan. 16. He was sentenced to 364 days in the Sibley County Jail, stayed for up to two years supervised probation. He must complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days, follow all recommendations, no use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances, attend a victim impact panel, pay $385 fine.

• Nancy Lee Spaeth, 63, Faribault appeared on allegations she violated probation terms for felony criminal vehicular operation Jan. 16. She admitted violating probation and was sentenced to one year in prison, stayed for a one year probation extension. She must serve 60 days in the Sibley County Jail and enter inpatient residential treatment.
