Sibley County Court

• David Michael Hatle, 43, Mankato, admitted to violating probation terms for felony theft by swindle Feb. 13. A previous stay of imposition sentence was revoked by the Court in favor of 12 months in prison, stayed, probation reinstated on previously ordered terms and conditions plus serving 20 days in the Sibley County Jail.

• David Martin Wacker, 29, Minneapolis, plead guilty to 4th-degree DWI Feb. 12. He was sentenced to 90 days in the Sibley County Jail, stayed and placed on up to one year supervised probation. Conditions are serving three days in the Sibley County Jail, complete 40 hours sentence to service within six months, complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days, follow all recommendations.
