• Jose Luis Valles Jr., 27, Gaylord, admitted to violating probation terms for felony fifth-degree controlled substance possession. The court extended his probation by one year, then reinstated him on probation with the same terms and conditions as previously ordered, plus that he pay $100 per month in restitution.
