• Derick Lee Ruehling, 43, Gaylord, pleaded guilty to an amended fourth-degree DWI charge March 13. A 90 day sentence in the Sibley County Jail was stayed for up to one year supervised probation, serve two days in jail, complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days, follow all recommendations, attend a victim impact panel within six months, complete 24 hours sentence to service and pay a $385 fine.

• Victoria Rae Lindsay, 31, Henderson, pleaded guilty to intentional discharge of a firearm that endangered safety March 13. Sentencing was set for 1 p.m. May 1. She was released on conditions she not use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances.

• The court found probable cause existed to require Asael Pedraza, 19, Arlington, to stand trial. A settlement conference was set for 1 p.m. May 15 and a jury trial was set for 8:30 a.m., May 20. He was released on previous conditions.

• Chase Stephen Dehmlow, 37, Henderson, pleaded guilty to 3rd-degree controlled substance possession March 6. Adjudication was stayed and he was placed on up to five years supervised probation on conditions he successfully complete the Le Sueur/Sibley Treatment Court program.

• The court found probably cause exists for Jamie Charlotte Blahowski, 41, New Auburn to stand trial for felony theft. A settlement conference was set for 1 p.m. June 12. A jury trial was set for 8:30 a.m. June 24. She was released on previous conditions.

• Taylor Christine Jordan, 30, Arlington pleaded guilty to felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. Adjudication was stayed and she was placed on up to three years supervised probation. She was fined $300 and sentenced to 40 hours sentence to service and must complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days.

• Jameel Laemon Williams, 45, Gaylord, pleaded guilty to felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree DWI. He was convicted of DWI. Adjudication was stayed on the drug charge. He was fined $300 and ordered to complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days, attend a victim impact panel within six months, complete 40 hours sentence to service within six months.

• John Edward Clark, 48, Castle Rock, Co. received stayed adjudication for fifth-degree possession and domestic assault. He was fined $135, ordered to serve five days in the Sibley County Jail, complete a domestic violence program within 60 days.
