HEARING
WHEREAS, Seth
Dreckman (“Appli-
cant”), on behalf of
Sun Valley Properties,
LLC has filed an appli-
cation with the City of
New Ulm requesting a
Variance to allow the
construction of a twin
home 20 feet from the
property line of Lot 7
and Lot 8, Minnesota
River Valley Subdivi-
sion. The address is 13
Liberty Street and 15
Liberty Street. The pro-
perty is zoned R-3
(Medium Density Fami-
ly Residence). The re-
quired front yard set-
back in this zoning dis-
trict is 30 feet. ; and
WHEREAS, the City
Code requires that this
matter be considered
by the New Ulm Plan-
ning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED,
pursuant to the City
Code, the New Ulm
Planning Commission
will meet at 4:30 P.M.
on Thursday, April 24,
2025 in the City Hall
Council Chambers,
100 North Broadway,
New Ulm, Minnesota to
consider this matter.
The public and all in-
terested parties are
hereby officially notified
of said hearing.
All written comments
will be read into the
record and must be re-
ceived by Noon,
Wednesday, April 23,
2025 and shall be sub-
