As summer vacation winds down, Teagan Kral and Trevor Bassett take turns towing each other down German Street. One pedals a bike while the other is pulled along on a two-wheel skateboard called rip-stick. Kral said this the first time they tried this, but the system was working well. Bassett said the only real issue was potholes and cracks in the roads.
