Ian has been with 3M for more than 20 years now, working in Brazil, Canada, and now the United States. Ian has been with 3M, here in New Ulm since October of 2021. Ian reports the New Ulm site is very “busy”, with more than 18 million dollars worth of equipment coming to the New Ulm facility. 3M has over 800 employees that work here in New Ulm, hiring 130 personnel last year alone.
