Woman found dead after rural Redwood fire
REDWOOD FALLS — A woman was found dead after a house fire Friday in Redwood County.
The Redwood County Sheriff’s Department and Redwood Falls Fire Department responded to a house fire at 8:13 p.m. Friday at 39054 Reservation Hwy 1. After the fire department extinguished the fire, a female victim was found dead inside the home.
The fire is currently under investigation by the Redwood Sheriff’s Office and the State Fire Marshall Office to determine the cause of the fire. No other details are available.
