MVL students compete at Speech Regional

Minnesota Valley Lutheran High School’s speech team competed at the 2A section tournament at JWP on Friday evening. This tournament determines who moves on to compete at the state tournament. The top three in each category advance fro the region. Two MVL students will compete in the state tournament. Natalie Hennig, second in extemporaneous reading, and Claire Woller, first in extemporaneous reading will represent MVL at Eastview High School on Saturday, April 29. Three other students placed in the top six in their categories: Ellie Sorensen, sixth in storytelling, and Estrella Strackbein and Bethany Spike, fifth in duo interpretation.
